All member associations who have paid their dues are qualified to nominate and vote for members of the ASPOA executive committee.
The executive committee of the ASPOA are composed of individual ostomates who are willing to give their time in steering the regional associaiton with strategic plans so as to help other countries and their national associations with ostomy issues and collaboration of activities
The host for the triennial conference is Indonesia Ostomy Association / Wocare and it will be held in IPB International Convention Center. The nominations have all been submitted and are presented as follows:

The election proper will be held according to Roberts Rule of Order and done by balloting. All member associations who have paid their dues has one country, one vote rule. Election of officers will be done on November 7, 2026 during the conduct of House of Delegates Meeting.
