International Ostomy Association meeting held in Frankfurt, Germany.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0536f12 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The purpose of the ASPOA is to manage member countries to be\u00a0 committed to the improvement of the quality of life of ostomates in Asia and in the South Pacific. <br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ab8103 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ab8103\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"image-subtitle-wrapper\"><div class=\"image-subtitle sqs-dynamic-text\" data-width-percentage=\"39.5\"><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">The geographic area comprises 13 countries (11 from Asia and 2 countries from the South Pacific).<\/p><p>The ASPOA is comprised by members of the Executive\u00a0 Committee. They are ostomates coming from member countries of their\u00a0 respective Association.<\/p><p>The ASPOA supports the formation of Ostomy Associations where needed and will promote awareness about the rights of ostomy patients. Also, it provides a\u00a0 forum for the exchange of information of the work and experiences of the countries by maintaining a website and by coordinating the convening of periodic Regional Conferences.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4b4462 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con
